EVGS201 is a modern villa with all the amenities you’ll need, surrounded by a big and peaceful garden, and a playing field (football, basketball, badminton, ping pong, etc). It has five double bedroom with bathroom suites, and one bedroom with bathroom .
Each room can be converted into double beds or twin bed, it is fully equipped (TV, satellite channel, safe, hair dryer, complimentary soap and shampoo, bath towels, pool towels, bed sheets, and extra pillow).
It has a spacious living and dining room with a open concept kitchen. You can also enjoy living and dining outdoors under the large porch facing a huge pool, cook a delicious BBQ, and have a quiet siesta. You can get to the beach and the main shopping and restaurant area within walking distance from the villa.
