EVG841 is located in an enviable position just a short walk from the centre of Carvoeiro, this newly constructed villa is modern in style and architecture, luxurious and highly attractive.
On a fully fenced plot, the villa is accessed through electric gates and there is a private driveway with space for several cars. On entrance level there is a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen which is flooded with natural light due to the numerous patio doors to the external areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and there is a separate laundry area. There are two en suite bedrooms and a further service WC. Both bedrooms benefit from patio doors to a seating area.
Stairs lead to two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an area ideal for working which is complete with printer. There is a fabulous terrace with lounge furniture for relaxing or sunbathing and enjoying the sea view. Stairs lead to the roof terrace which is equipped with chairs and enjoys the same great view.
