This fantastic six bedroom, five bathroom property is set in a large walled and fenced plot accessed by electric gates with more than adequate parking and surrounded by gardens on all sides of the property. The walls, additional hedging and trees offer plenty of privacy, yet only a very short walk to the nearest restaurants,bars,cafes and shops.
Ideally located, given that it is about ten minutes drive from the centre of the bustling towns of Albufeira and Armação de Pêra. Guia, the capital of chicken piri-piri is only about five minutes away. Salgados golf course, is only five minutes walk from the villa. Beaches and supermarkets are a 2 minute drive. The Salgados lagoon has a boardwalk, for those who would like to walk or go for a run.
