EVGS984 is a brand new 4 bedroom luxury villa 5 minutes walk from the beach, close to town and the large shopping centre Myramar in Fuengirola. With 4 large bedrooms (double or single beds) you have plenty of space and in this Scandinavian designed property. A large private terrace gives you great views of the Mediterranean sea……and the private roof terrace has lounge furniture and sun-loungers..!!
The Villa has a Communal pool and there is also a sauna and gym for the active.
Spacious Scandinavian influenced living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Exit to the terrace from the living room overlooking the Mediterranean and the beautiful sunsets. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and if you go further up you have a large private roof terrace with even better views.
The downstairs has a bedroom with 2 single beds and a large sofa bed so here can sleep 4 people here if you need extra beds…..you also have a bathroom with a shower.
The villa has aircon cold and hot air in all rooms, free wifi, BBQ and washing machine
