EVG443 has undergone a complete renovation and the end result is a superb bright and airy four double bedroom luxurious pad with heated private pool. The villa is set in its own grounds with a private heated pool, off street parking, satellite tv, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine in an excellent location. The world famous Vilamoura Marina with its many bars and restaurants is only a 15 minute stroll away.
Kick back, relax and soak up the sun on one of the luxurious sunbeds by the pool, or escape to one of the many terraces in the villa, including a fab roof terrace. The outside areas are very spacious with both natural shade and covered terraces.
A car is not essential as the Marina and local amenities including supermarket, bank and pharmacy are a 10-15 minute walk away. The nearest beach (Falesia) is approx 2km away and the beach at Quarteira is equally as close.
In the immediate surrounding areas of Vilamoura there are numerous sports and activities to enjoy, including 5 golf courses, mini golf, deep sea fishing, sailing, riding, water sports, water park, tennis, lawn bowls, go-karting, football and local leisure centre.
