EVG531 is a 5-Bedroom (all en-suite) Villa in prime location in the Old Village neighbourhood. The villa is a new build in Vilamoura. Its location is privileged and unique, an extremely quiet area and about a 20 minute walk to the Vilamoura marina and beach. The large 383m2 villa is furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
Close to bars and restaurants at the famous Old Village, and close to the marina and nightlife and Pinhal Golf Course.
The rooftop terrace allows guests a perfect connection with the stars as it is equipped with a set of sofas and included is an outdoor jacuzzi. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing and has a blackout system in all bedrooms, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panels.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender and leads to a Covered patio with dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ.
The 5 bedrooms are spacious, all with a private bathroom and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.
